Thank you for choosing CADETPRO. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and access to digital subscription services are handled.
1. Definitions
- “Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to CADETPRO.
- “User”, “You”, “Your” refers to the individual purchasing or using the service.
- “Service” refers to all digital content, training modules, simulations, and subscription-based access provided via cadetpro.com.
- “Subscription” refers to time-limited digital access (e.g. 30, 90, or 120 days).
2. Nature of the Service
CADETPRO provides digital educational content and subscription-based online access. No physical goods are shipped or delivered.
3. Cancellation Rights
Subscriptions are one-time purchases and do not automatically renew.
Users may cancel future use of the service at any time; however, cancellation does not entitle the user to a refund once access has been granted.
4. Refund Policy
All subscription purchases are final.
Once access to the digital platform and content is provided, no refunds will be issued, including for unused time or partial usage, unless required by applicable consumer protection laws.
5. Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment made in error
- Technical failure that permanently prevents access and cannot be resolved
- Legal obligations under applicable law
Any approved refund will be processed using the original payment method.
6. Abuse & Account Termination
If a subscription is suspended or terminated due to a violation of CADETPRO’s Terms and Conditions (including account sharing or abuse), no refund will be issued.
